Montessori method is an educational approach which focuses on the child (child-centered approach). This method has been tested more than 100 years in different kinds of environment all over the world and became one of the most used method in early childhood education.
This method is importantly emphasized on a child learning environment, which has been well prepared according to the development level and physical activity role that can absorb academic concepts and practical skills. Montessori method also uses tools which able to do self-correction.
A compatible Montessori curriculum is able to increase a child concentration, which is why many special needs children are educated in Montessori classes. Teaching material involves all senses that enable every child to learn with variation styles.
