Every person with Autism is an individual, with a unique personality. They need to be respected and treated equally as any other person. Patience is needed when living and working with individuals with Autism. Understanding and empathy is needed from the community in which people with Autism live, as this will contribute significantly towards to their being included in the life of the community and be accorded the appropriate dignity and respect.
